Spring Fever...and a Carnival!

On Friday, February 18th, we had an unusually warm day. With temperatures in the mid 60s and blue, sunny skies, we felt like spring had already arrived. After two months with snow on the ground, even those of us who normally like the white stuff were tired of it! As you can see, Emma made the most of this temporary warmth! We also had a visit from Aunt Linda, Grandma Coe, and Grandma Karen, who enjoyed the nice weather with us before we went to Emma's last gymnastics class. It was the first time our three guests had seen her act, and they were very impressed!
After gymnastics, we noticed there was a carnival going on in the main building at the Y, so we walked over and were surprised to find the gym filled with refreshments, a clown, a bounce house, and face painting! We topped off our day with a visit to Emma's favorite restaurant, Bob Evans!! (as Emma would say, "For pancakes, of course!!!")
